Are you looking for a healthy kick start? Then come and join my 4 Week Fitness Challenge! This wellness challenge will be life-changing!

This complete fitness challenge focuses on clean eating and exercises as well as a healthy mindset and attitude. Daily support and motivation is provided to help you stay focused and on track.

The fitness classes are outside and we focus on weight loss, muscle toning, and increasing strength and energy.

6 Week Fitness Challenge

Ready to pick it up a notch? This 6 week challenge is designed to empower women to feel more self-confident, lose weight and feel strong and energized.

We focus on clean eating! The meal plan includes tons of yummy healthy meals that are easy to prepare and even back up meal for those days when you don’t feel like cooking. The weekly grocery list helps you to stay focused and makes it easy to shop.

The workouts are held outside. We do fat-burning workouts that will improve your strength, stamina, flexibility and energy levels. The challenge also includes a personalized training schedule and home workouts.

STRONGMom Challenge

Join other STRONGMoms to reconnect with your body! You can join the class if you are pregnant or recently had your baby.

We focus on finding a balance in life with exercises and nutrition that will help you maintain fitness level during pregnancy and prepare for labor or building your body back up after having the baby. The meal plans are easy to make and modify depending on if you are pregnant or postnatal.

The exercise class is held outside with a focus on core, pelvic floor and low impact cardio.

This is a great group for moms and we support each other in a healthy way!
