Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension and allowing oxygen-rich and nutrient-filled blood to flow. Deep pressure along with stretching will leave you feeling looser and enhance flexibility. Your body will be more aligned, allowing healthier and more natural movements which result from improved posture.
As a native Swede, this is of course one of Tilda’s specialties! This is a full body treatment to relax your muscles and mind. Long gliding strokes are used to increase circulation and flexibility while easing tension. Studies have shown that Swedish Massage not only decreases stress hormone levels in your body it also boosts your immune system.
Massage during the pregnancy is safe and can give the women pain relief and also stress relief. It’s not uncommon to have back pain, hip pain and other discomfort during the pregnancy. Massage can help relax tight muscles, ease pain and help you relax in a comfortable environment.

The client is on her side with pillows to support her belly and body. Coach Tilda uses organic massage oils that are safe for pregnant women.
Coach Tilda uses a numerous of different stretching techniques to help the client fully elongate their muscles. Stretching improves flexibility and the range of motion of the muscle that could help prevent injuries and improve performance. The client is fully clothed in comfortable clothes and the session can be done in junction with a workout session or by it self.
