Coach Tilda’s goal is to provide the highest quality service for her clients. She will help you set a challenging yet attainable goal and provide the tools you need to succeed.

We meet in your home or a place of your choice. Each session is 60 minutes and a 24 hour cancelation notice is required to forfeiture of session. Partner training, additional packages and training combined with massage therapy packages are available upon request.

All packages start with a consultation which includes; review medical history, establishment of baseline fitness level, goal setting, body composition (optional) and nutritional needs assessment.

The programs are 100% personalized and built just for you and your goals. Regardless what your goal is, the focus is on proper form and a progressive program so you will reach your goal without any bumps on the road.

Weight Loss

This package is not only focused on training and workouts, Coach Tilda will also help with nutrition guidance and lifestyle changes. Regardless of your fitness background it’s important to balance workouts, nutrition and life. Small, consistent steps towards your goal weight will build a longterm lifestyle and get the healthy life you deserve.

Corrective Exercise

One of Coach Tilda’s specialties is corrective exercise. Her combined knowledge of corrective exercise and massage therapy has given her a deeper understanding of what her clients need and how to provide the best program. She offers injury prevention programs, prehab programs and rehab programs. She also offers postural assessment.

Youth Training

Do you want to introduce health and fitness to your child and teach them the importance of being active and healthy? This is an introduction to strength training, cardiovascular fitness and healthy habits for children and young adults. This is basic information and the program is customized for young bodies. It is a perfect opportunity to give your child a positive start to a healthy lifestyle and build a foundation for a healthy life.

Senior Fitness

As you get older, an active lifestyle is more important than ever. Exercising is not only good for the body, it’s also good for the memory, mind and mood.
