  • Dress comfortably for your pre/postnatal workout or bodywork session. Since the gym is outdoors, please wear weather-appropriate, breathable layers.

  • Yes, absolutely! My sessions are designed to be flexible for moms, so your baby or child is always welcome.

  • Yes, there are parking spaces available near the outdoor gym area.

  • No, there is no public bathroom or shower at the outdoor facility.

  • I’ll work with you to customize your fitness routine or massage session based on your specific needs, including modifications for any pregnancy-related discomfort or health concerns.

  • Pre/postnatal workout sessions are 55 min and massage sessions range from 60 to 90 minutes depending on your preference.

  • Please provide at least 24 notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee.

    For my programs, monthly payments are required to secure your spot and maintain consistency in your training.

    If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid losing that session. You can reschedule and make up any missed session within a 3-month timeframe, subject to availability.
