Pre/postnatal workout sessions are 55 min and massage sessions range from 60 to 90 minutes depending on your preference.

Please provide at least 24 notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee.
For my programs, monthly payments are required to secure your spot and maintain consistency in your training.
If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid losing that session. You can reschedule and make up any missed session within a 3-month timeframe, subject to availability.
